About JP Fortune Group
For more than 20 years, the partners of JP Fortune Group (“JPF”) have provided investor relations services and comprehensive investment solutions to a broad spectrum of private and publicly traded companies. As a boutique investment-consulting firm, JPF is headquartered in Orange County, CA with affiliations in New York, San Francisco, Dallas/Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Chicago. Our international affiliations include Canada, Europe, Africa, Australia, Japan and China.
Most of our clients are small to mid-tier corporations with immediate growth aspirations hampered by access to beneficial investor resources. Our proprietary investor database encompasses elite funds, investment banks, institutional lenders, high net worth individuals, analysts, and market makers and broadcast media organizations.
Our management team has a broad range of backgrounds with skilled financial solution experience. JPF brings a distinctive approach to the tasks of establishing a successful financial strategy to sustain continued growth, increasing liquidity, profitability, and shareholder appreciation while ensuring fair market valuation.
We are experienced in financial structuring, public offerings, investor relations, business development, marketing/branding, distribution, merger and acquisitions, funding opportunities, shareholder communications, media relations, business planning, compliance issues, research and management development. Our Wall Street relationships and private investor colleagues are regarded as uniquely substantial within the marketplace.
The most common goals of our client services are to increase awareness among target audiences – primarily institutional investors – and to create liquidity in the trading of our clients’ securities. Long-term account retention has been a hallmark of JPF, and client additions have been primarily secured as a result of referrals or recommendations from investment community. We believe the quality, scope and value of the services we provide our clients is reflected by the fact our primary sources of new business opportunities are our clients and industry associates.
Access to Capital
Through our strategic partners, JPF provides access to operating and growth capital allowing companies to better manage their cash flows compete more effectively for new opportunities and grow their businesses.
As part of this initiative:
- We focus on companies that utilize debt/equity financing as a primary form of financing operating capital needs.
- Some of our strategic investors provide access to operating and growth capital by purchasing receivables off your balance sheet.
- Many of our investors offer financing on terms more favorable than those offered in the institutional marketplace via alternative financing structures and private investment transactions.
- In special situations our investors have the ability to issue a funding commitment letter, allowing clients to demonstrate their company has sufficient operating capital to scale.
- We utilize all of our strategic partner relationships to help craft and validate the best financing solution for our clients.
- We provide advisement and tangible solutions to strengthen management quality and comprehensive infrastructure issues to help our clients better qualify for financing and/or funding opportunities.
